Heather’s Patient Journey

Here’s an example from a real world patient’s journey, let’s call her Heather.

Heather makes an appointment over the phone with her doctor using the automated AI-powered virtual assistant. She loved how easy it was to use.

The next week, Heather receives an appointment reminder via text while at work. Heather realizes she had forgotten to add the appointment to her calendar.

She updates her calendar and confirms the appointment via text confirmation and attends her appointment on time.

After Heather gets back home, she realizes she forgot to ask another health-related question. So she calls and speaks to a nurse. After the call, the nurse relays Heather’s question to her doctor, providing the complete, automated call transcript, which was emailed to them moments after the call ended.

Heathers doctor reviews the question and then calls her back using their own smartphone — except the doctor’s phone number is anonymized.

Ultimately, a new prescription is prescribed and Heather receives an automated text alert from the pharmacy when it is ready for pickup.
