May 7, 2025 // Release Notes

Hi All! We have several new features and enhancements that are now available in our CPaaS Portal.

PORTAL // New Features & Enhancements

1. 10DLC BYO Campaign Service Provider // Now available in the Portal

While Voxology has supported a BYO CSP model for 10DLC registration for a while, now users can add their CSP credentials directly in the Portal using the new Campaign Registry Integrations page. Once credentials are added, all Brands and Campaigns created through your Voxology Application will use your own TCR account. Enjoy the convenience of having all 10DLC Registration in one place with the control of owning all your 10DLC Brands and Campaigns.

4. Phone Number Capabilities Redesign // Design Update

We’ve redesigned how Phone Number Capabilities (Voice, SMS, MMS, CNAM, E911) are displayed in the portal. The icons for each capability now reflect their current status making it easier to see at a glance which capabilities are available and currently active on all of the phone numbers in your Voxology Application. Below is a list of what the icon colors mean, alternatively, you can hover over the icon to see what the current status is.

Icon Color Meanings

  • Blue // Enabled
  • Blue, checked // Enabled & Registered (SMS only)
  • Black // Available, but currently disabled
  • Grey // Unavailable
