ACD

Average Call Duration (ACD) also known as Average Length of Call (ALOC) is a common metric used in telecommunications to measure the length of an answered call. This is calculated by taking the total minutes of all answered calls, divided by the number of answered calls, or: (Total Minutes / Answered Calls) = [ACD] minutes
