ASR

Answer Seizure Ratio (ASR) is a common metric used in telcommunications to measure the percentage of calls that are successfully answered. This percentage is generally calculated by taking the total number of answered calls, divided by the total number of calls attempted, or: (Successful Calls / Attempted Calls) X 100 = [ASR]%.
